Happy Hour after minutes

So, Happy Hour was pretty interesting. A couple of the guys from work that kind of creep us out anyways came. The only time it bothered me was when they got a little overly friendly. I ended up sneaking away and walking around to the other half of the group. To the guys I knew would protect me. All I had to do was tell them why and they were cool with me wondering over.

I was there a little later than I thought I might be. I also had Betsy come and pick me up. Because even though the beer I was drinking was the lightest beer at BJ's Brewhouse, I could not sober up. And it was probably some where while I was sleeping that it all finally wore off. I would not have been okay to drive back and I knew that. 2 hours after I stopped drinking, I just called to ask for a ride. I still have to go back for my car, but I'm sure Clarence is fine.

Betsy got there a little before Chris's ride showed up too. I have to admit, I didn't think I would get away from them. Edwin was too busy making me feel horribly uncomfortable (as I was the last female there) and he was talking about pussy. Only Chris felt sorry for me, and told me just not to listen to the others. I just laughed because I knew Edwin was far gone! But I thanked them both for everything they had taught me and Chris for my job. He let me know I'm doing a good job. It was fun and I'm glad I went. I just know better than to have that many of any of BJ's Brewhouse Beers! Not again!

First Happy Hour tomorrow! After work! Should be fun. Chris asked to make sure I'd come. I asked him a few questions after work ... figured I'd pick his brain before he left. Its a good bye happy hour tomorrow.

And all I can do is thank him for giving me such great opportunities here!

Alright ... no one seems to notice I don't update well. I guess its because I figure if someone really wants to know what I've been up to or how I'm doing, they'll contact me.

I'll eventually do Mardi Gras as well! I'm trying to keep myself caught up since I started that blog for keeping track of my adventures.
