Okay... how are all four of us fitting in a Jetta with the driver? How is that going to work exactly? If you pick us up and then have to drop us off, how is that going to work? I barely fit in the back seat with my little legs? Can you please explain this? Think about it, Honestly??
We do need to figure this out. I want to know things are worked out and going to at least have a plan for Sunday. It's looking like 4:30 maybe 5 before we can all get there. I can be there sooner, but Tia can't leave her dog in her cage that damn long. So, we need to talk, please. and figure out how you are going to make the run to pick us up or switch things a bit. It really is something that needs to be talked about a bit..... I am tired of worrying about Tia having an attack and having to walk so damn far, and her getting home way too late. And I can't have my rental get hurt either. That would be the last thing I needed... Ideas?

I say we ride TANK. Its no use fighting over a fucking piddly ass thing like a parking spot. Especially when both parties believe that they have the right to it. This is your first weekend home in a LOOOONG time and it shouldn't be filled with pettiness. We'll ride TANK so that we aren't INCONVENIENCING anyone else and because there is no way all 12.5 feet and 600 pounds of Josh and Seth are going to fit into the backseat of a Jetta combined with me and you. $6.00 is cheap compared to dealing with drama and douchebaggery. Of course I'd say it makes sense for the car with the most people in it to get the parking spot, REGARDLESS of when we get there. I'm not TESTICULARLY RETARDED so I can see reason. I doubt that said Jetta driver wants to make two trips before AND after the fireworks to taxi everyone back to their own parking spots, and is being selfish and unreasonable about what is only logical. The only other thing I can come up with, besides TANK, that makes sense, is for you to drop off your passengers as close to the levy as possible, go back, park, and catch a ride up to where you dropped everybody off. That leaves us stuck on the flip side, because AFTER the fireworks Seth and Josh STILL WON'T FIT INTO A JETTA.
The first attempt at this post made little sense. Also, the Jetta holds five full-sized people. It totally did it once.
Cameron + Alicia + Sarah + Tia + Seth + Josh is six people, which certainly will not fit. I, personally, am driving regardless of the plan because I don't do public transport on major holidays. I do have a solution:
My dad owns a minivan. It holds everyone. I can borrow it. If we can find it a spot, we're golden.
Okay, new solution. If Alicia is arriving later than everyone and has a full car, including someone with asthma, she should park at my parents. You're in town Cam, so you should be able to get a decent (closer than MC's house) spot relatively easily by heading down at a decent hour. People put chairs in the street to save spots. This is illegal. We generally walk around on labor day moving them. We will move some, parking will work. If Alicia is getting there later, she won't have the option of lucking into a spot before things get crazy, so it's a better plan for her to have the guaranteed late arrival parking. So why don't we do it that way and everyone is good?
Sounds good to me. I'll find a spot as close to the Greis residence as possible and have Sarah move some chairs if need be.
So, is that the final plan now?
I think so, as long as people are done bashing my automobile. :P
